The Prince George Spruce Kings would like to announce that they have traded defenseman Frankie Sullivan to the Grande Prairie Storm of the Alberta Junior Hockey League in exchange for future considerations.

Sullivan was acquired earlier this season from the Springfield Jr. Pics of the United States Premier Hockey League. After missing the first game of the season with an upper body injury, the nineteen year old played in three games with Prince George and had two penalty minutes.

“Frank is a good player and a good person, but with the return of Rylan Bechtel to our team I needed to free up a spot on the roster. Frank is off to a great organization that is well coached. We wish him all the best in Grande Praire,” said Spruce Kings general manager Mike Hawes.
